We had a great weekend with Mark, Danielle and family, but it always goes way to fast. They arrived late on Thursday and left Sunday afternoon but we managed to cram a lot of fun into those three days. Thanks for visiting!

Here's Mark and Jack ... bonding while they tried to take down the mound of red dirt on a four-wheel. Danielle and I were a bit nervous as we watched out the window in frustration and we even yelled at them once or twice to stop, but Mark just ignored us and insisted everything was safe! (It was!!)

We loaded up the cars and headed to St. George on Friday to watch Camryn perform in a dance competition on the campus of Dixie College. Her group was absolutely adorable and they won first place. Way to go Camryn!!Mark's such a good guy, he spent hours cleaning the red dirt out the garage, while George worked hard on the road, pulling the leveler behind the four-wheel. They were both sunburned, sore and tired when they finished, but I was really happy to have a clean garage again and a smooth road.
We love our ward in Summit and it's very small so they love us when we bring our family to church ... it helps fill up the chapel and the numbers look good!Scrabble is a really fun part of our family gatherings and we're all VERY competitive. We write names and scores in the lid of the box, BUT it has to be a really huge score!! Danielle won big one night and Mark won another night ... George and I had to hang our heads in shame:(
This picture shows Mark's words ...
SHUTTER and ITS ... worth 93 points. George challenged ITS because he thought it needed an apostrophe, but much to his frustration, he lost the challenge ... no apostrophe needed! We all had a good laugh. Good job Mark and Danielle, but just wait until next time, we'll seek revenge!!!
